As we do realize that technology is changing the way classrooms operate and students learn at an
incredible rate. While the potential value of educational technology tools is high, the way in which tools are implemented can drastically impact the actual value provided to the classroom. Ultimately, professional learning matters, because it is an ongoing process throughout a teacher’s career, prepares teachers for the changing classroom, and provides rich opportunities for teachers to continue to develop their teaching skills and subject matter knowledge and in the light of the above premise, we, at The Froebel’s school always stress upon the importance of providing unlimited training and grooming opportunities to our students. This is one of the most important landmarks of our school that the teachers are regularly held in numerous professional development workshops, seminars and training sessions with the view of enhancing the due skills of our teachers. The teachers at The Froebel’s school avail training and professional development opportunities offered by British Council, Cambridge, AKU-EB, T.R.C,E.R.D.C and other institutions of repute. In order to outdoor training sessions, the school assures the conduct of periodic in house training to meet the domestic need of our teaching staff. We are highly privileged to have sent our sectional heads in country’s biggest entrepreneurship conference YLES’17 organized by LUMS in beginning of this year wherein our two sectional heads acted as the faculty advisor in this unique conference of its type at LUMS, Lahore.
